The phase difference radar level gauge is an instrument that measures liquid level by using the phase difference of radar waves.
The phase difference radar level gauge determines the liquid level height by measuring the phase difference between the transmitted and received radar signals. The radar emits electromagnetic waves, which are reflected by the surface of the medium and then received by the radar. The phase difference between the transmitted and received signals is in a certain proportional relationship with the distance to the surface of the medium. By calculating the phase difference, the distance between the radar installation position and the material surface can be obtained, and then the liquid level height can be determined.
