The van adopts an all-steel welded overall load-bearing car body , composed of underframe, side/end walls, roof structure, partition walls, sliding doors, luggage racks, ventilators and thermal insulation materials, with complete vehicle interior decoration. The robust structural design ensures the car body can withstand the rigors of long-term railway operation, while dedicated luggage racks and a rational internal layout maximize baggage transport capacity and storage convenience.

Equipped with a dual pipe braking system (vacuum and air braking) , the core air braking part uses a Knorr braking system that strictly complies with UIC 540 international standards. The dual-braking design provides a redundant and reliable braking guarantee, adapting to different operating conditions and speed requirements of Bangladesh’s railways, and ensuring stable braking response and high safety during both empty and loaded travel.

• Bogie: Adopts Bombardier MD52-M type bogie, a mature and reliable model with excellent running stability and shock absorption performance, which can effectively reduce vibration during operation, protect the transported baggage and improve the overall riding comfort of the passenger compartment.
