About Us
Products
YS Precision is a professional custom metal and plastic parts manufacturer in China, providing CNC machining, injection molding and integrated manufacturing services for customers worldwide.
Our production capacity is supported by more than 100 machines. This includes nearly 50 five-axis CNC machining centers, 36 CNC lathes, four Swiss-type CNC machines, two turn-mill machining centers and more than 10 injection molding machines.
This equipment, combined with our experience in mold tooling, sheet metal fabrication, casting, rapid prototyping and surface finishing, enables us to support projects from early prototypes and small batches to volume production.
We manufacture non-standard components according to customers’ 2D drawings, 3D models and technical specifications. Whether the requirement is an individual precision part, a molded plastic component or a project involving multiple manufacturing processes, our focus is on practical production planning, consistent quality and dependable delivery.
We manufacture components developed for specific products, machinery and equipment rather than standard catalogue parts.
Our work mainly includes:
Each project begins with a review of the design, material, tolerances, surface finish, quantity and intended application. Based on these requirements, we select an appropriate manufacturing process and plan the necessary production, inspection and finishing operations.
This project-specific approach allows us to support parts with different geometries, materials and technical requirements while selecting a suitable process for each component.
CNC machining is one of our core manufacturing capabilities.
Five-axis CNC machining supports components with complex geometries, multiple machined surfaces and difficult-to-reach features. CNC lathes provide efficient production for round and rotational components, while Swiss-type and turn-mill machines are well suited to smaller, detailed parts requiring several machining operations.
We machine a broad range of metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium, ABS, PC, POM, PA, PMMA, PEEK, PEI and PTFE.
Our injection molding equipment supports mold trials, initial production runs and volume manufacturing of custom plastic parts. Each molding project is evaluated according to the part design, material, tooling requirements, appearance standards, expected quantity and assembly needs.
With different types of equipment available, we can allocate suitable machines according to part geometry, material, tolerances and order quantity. This provides flexibility for individual prototypes, parallel production of multiple components and ongoing batch production.
Equipment capacity provides the production foundation. Process planning, machine selection, tooling, scheduling, in-process control and project follow-up help turn that capacity into consistent parts and reliable delivery.
Our manufacturing services support customers at different stages of product development.
Early prototypes may be used to evaluate dimensions, appearance, assembly, material performance or function. Depending on the project, they can be produced through CNC machining, 3D printing, urethane casting, sheet metal fabrication or prototype injection molding.
After the design has been tested and approved, the project can progress to small-batch manufacturing, bridge production or volume production.
The most suitable process may change as quantities increase. CNC machining may remain appropriate for precision parts and flexible batch production, while injection molding, die casting or other tooling-based processes may become more economical at higher quantities.
We consider the part design, material, tooling investment, required quantity, production efficiency and anticipated demand when helping customers move from prototypes to production parts.
This allows customers to begin with the quantity they currently need while maintaining a practical path toward larger-scale production.
Many products contain components that require different materials and manufacturing processes. In addition to CNC machining and injection molding, our capabilities include:
Not every component should follow the same manufacturing route. We evaluate each part individually and select a process suited to its structure, material, tolerances, surface finish and production quantity.
For projects involving multiple components or processes, our Integrated Manufacturing Solutions bring production, inspection, finishing and delivery together under one coordinated project plan.
This gives customers one point of contact for related machined, molded, fabricated and cast parts.
Reliable manufacturing begins before machining or mold production starts.
We review customers’ 2D drawings, 3D models and technical specifications to confirm the material, drawing revision, critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, quantity and assembly requirements.
If a feature may affect machining, molding, finishing or part fit, we discuss it with the customer before production whenever possible. Identifying potential issues early helps reduce unnecessary revisions and keeps production moving according to plan.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Quality checks are arranged according to the drawing, part geometry and manufacturing process and may include:
Quality is monitored at appropriate production stages rather than checked only after all operations have been completed. For components involving several processes or secondary surface treatments, inspection points can be arranged between operations when necessary.
Our objective is to ensure that completed parts conform to the approved drawings and agreed technical requirements.
Our manufacturing capabilities support custom parts for a broad range of industries, including:
Our experience is not limited to these industries. We welcome custom prototype and production projects for different products, machinery and equipment.
Clear communication and dependable follow-up are essential when sourcing custom parts internationally.
Customers work with one point of contact throughout the project. We coordinate technical questions, drawing revisions, material preparation, production scheduling, inspection, surface finishing, packaging and shipment.
Lead times are evaluated according to the manufacturing process, material availability, quantity, finishing and inspection requirements. Our production capacity provides flexibility when scheduling different machines and processes, while active project follow-up helps keep production on track.
If an unexpected issue may affect the technical requirements or agreed schedule, we communicate it promptly and work with the customer toward a practical solution.
International shipping can be arranged by express, air or sea freight according to the order quantity, delivery schedule and packaging requirements.
Customers choose YS Precision for our production capacity, manufacturing experience and dependable project support.
Our goal is to provide the production capacity, technical support and project coordination needed to turn customer designs into reliable manufactured parts.
If you need prototypes for product development, components for a small production batch or custom parts for ongoing manufacturing, send us your 2D drawings, 3D models and technical requirements.
We will review the project and recommend a suitable approach for manufacturing, inspection and delivery.

| Production Line: | Factory Tour and Manufacturing Capabilities
YS Precision provides custom manufacturing support for prototypes, tooling, low-volume production and volume orders. Our capabilities cover precision machining, molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication and surface finishing, allowing us to support both individual parts and projects containing components with different materials and production requirements. Production Line
Custom Parts from Prototype to Production
Our production capabilities are built around custom parts made to customer drawings, CAD data, samples and technical specifications. The manufacturing route is selected according to the part design, material, tolerance, quantity and stage of product development. Depending on the project, we can coordinate:
Not every part should follow the same production route. A complex housing may require multi-axis milling and cosmetic anodizing, while a small shaft may be better suited to Swiss-type turning. For plastic prototypes, CNC machining, 3D printing or vacuum casting may each be appropriate under different material, quantity and testing requirements. Our team reviews these factors before production and coordinates the processes required for the complete part rather than treating machining, finishing and inspection as unrelated steps. Materials We Work With
Common metals include aluminum 6061, 6082 and 7075; stainless steel 303, 304 and 316; carbon and alloy steels; brass; copper; titanium; and die-casting alloys such as ADC12 and Zamak. Engineering plastics include ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, PA, PP, PEEK, PEI and PTFE, together with other application-specific grades. Material selection is based on the drawing and functional requirements, including strength, wear resistance, operating temperature, chemical exposure, appearance and dimensional stability. We manufacture components for automation equipment, robotics, medical and laboratory equipment, optical systems, semiconductor equipment, automotive products, consumer electronics and industrial machinery. These are examples rather than limits; each enquiry is evaluated according to its own technical and production requirements. OEM and ODM Manufacturing Support
OEM Production to Customer Specifications
For OEM projects, YS Precision manufactures custom parts according to customer-controlled 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, material specifications, tolerance requirements and finish standards. Support can begin with a prototype and continue through tooling, bridge production and ongoing volume manufacturing. Customers retain control of their product design and technical requirements. Our role is to translate those requirements into a practical production plan, identify manufacturing risks and coordinate the processes needed to complete the parts consistently. For projects containing several different components, one project team can coordinate machining, molding, casting, sheet metal work and surface finishing. This reduces the need to manage a separate supplier for every part and makes it easier to control revisions, fit, appearance and delivery across the project. Manufacturing-Focused ODM Support
Our ODM support focuses on manufacturing development rather than complete product design. When a customer provides a concept, physical sample or preliminary specification, we can help develop the part toward a practical manufacturing solution. This may include process recommendations, material selection, manufacturability improvements and prototype production for evaluation. Features that are difficult to machine, mold or inspect can be reviewed before tooling or production begins. We do not introduce design changes without customer review. Any proposed adjustment is communicated for approval so that the intended function, appearance and assembly relationships remain under the customer's control. R&D and Engineering Support
Engineering Review Before Production
Our R&D and engineering support is centered on manufacturability. Before material is ordered or tooling begins, we review the available drawings, CAD files, samples and assembly information to identify issues that could affect cost, quality, lead time or production repeatability. The review may cover:
The purpose is not to change a design for manufacturing convenience. It is to identify avoidable risks while revisions are still easier and less costly to make. Prototype Evaluation and Production Improvement
Prototype production allows customers to evaluate fit, assembly, appearance and function before committing to tooling or a larger order. Feedback from testing can then be incorporated into the next design revision or production plan. When several mating components are produced together, we can also perform fit checks or light trial assembly before shipment. This does not replace the customer's final product validation, but it can identify obvious interface problems and reduce avoidable rework. For repeat and volume production, feedback from machining, molding, inspection and assembly can be used to improve workholding, process stability, cycle time and consistency between batches. |
| R&D: | Reliable manufacturing begins before machining or mold production starts. Our R&D and technical review process examines customer drawings, 3D models, and specifications to confirm material, drawing revision, critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, quantity, and assembly requirements. This early identification of potential issues helps reduce unnecessary revisions and keeps production on schedule. We also evaluate each part individually to select a process suited to its structure, material, tolerances, surface finish, and production quantity.
