Project Overview
Our Hot Washing PET Plastic Recycling Line is designed for recycling post-consumer PET bottles, including round bottles and flattened PET bottles, with capacities ranging from 500kg/h to 1000kg/h. The line integrates crushing, hot washing, friction washing, rinsing, separation, and drying processes to convert waste PET bottles into clean recycled PET flakes.
Equipped with an advanced two-stage hot washing system, this PET bottle washing plant effectively removes stubborn contaminants such as oil, adhesive residues, beverage residues, and organic impurities. Compared with conventional cold washing solutions, the hot washing process provides improved cleaning performance and produces higher-quality PET flakes for applications including chemical fiber production, PET sheet manufacturing, and other recycled plastic uses.
Designed for PET recycling plants and plastic processors, this 500-1000kg/h PET recycling washing line offers a complete solution for producing stable-quality recycled PET flakes. The system can be customized according to different raw material conditions, contamination levels, and production requirements.
The PET bottle recycling process includes feeding, label removal, manual sorting, crushing, washing, separation, and drying. Waste PET bottles are first prepared and crushed into flakes, then cleaned through friction washing and sink-float separation to remove dirt, labels, and lightweight impurities.
The flakes are further processed by a two-stage hot washing system to effectively remove oil residues, adhesive contamination, and organic impurities. After hot washing, the material goes through rinsing, dewatering, final density separation, and pneumatic conveying to produce clean recycled PET flakes for applications such as chemical fiber production, PET sheet manufacturing, and other plastic recycling uses.

3.Advanced Impurity Removal: The inclusion of a dedicated "Density Separation" unit acts as a final quality checkpoint, meticulously ejecting heavy impurities like PVC and PC that survive initial washing, thereby enhancing the final flake's purity and value.
