Project Overview
Optimized for the high-volume production (2000-3000 kg/H) of fiber-grade PET, this line focuses on efficiently removing contaminants that hinder the spinning process. It produces clean flakes that are subsequently sent for Solid-State Polycondensation (SSP) to achieve the necessary viscosity for melt spinning into polyester staple fiber or filament.

The process includes bale feeding, debaling, label removal, manual sorting, and crushing. The flakes are cleaned through sink-float separation, dewatering, a two-stage hot wash, rinsing, and another dewatering step. A density separator is used to remove heavy impurities. The process concludes with pneumatic conveying to storage, omitting color sorting as it is not required for the final fiber product.
