Product Description

Many ordinary custom aluminum parts face common problems such as poor flatness, assembly gaps, surface burrs, oxidation discoloration and structural deformation after long-term operation, which affect the stability of automated production equipment.

Our CNC machined aluminum block adopts one-piece integral milling technology without welding, splicing or secondary assembly. This processing method eliminates internal stress and effectively avoids deformation and flatness deviation during long-term equipment operation.

All positioning holes, threaded holes, stepped grooves and internal cavities are completed in one clamping process to ensure consistent precision and perfect assembly matching. Every aluminum block is fully deburred and manually cleaned to remove machining dust, tool marks and sharp edges, reaching clean industrial assembly standards.

Made of high-purity industrial aluminum alloy, this product features lightweight structure, excellent thermal conductivity and strong oxidation resistance. It is widely used as fixture base, positioning bracket and fixed support component for precision automation machinery. We support full customization of size, hole position, thread standard and surface finish according to customer 2D/3D drawings.

Packing & Shipping

Products are loaded into sturdy carton boxes, with extra bubble filling for gaps. For bulk orders, goods will be packed on standard export pallets for safe ocean or air freight.
