The burner system was supplied as part of an EPC project by Jiangsu Ruiding Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., designed for continuous and stable operation in harsh industrial environments. The system features automated ignition, flame monitoring, and air–fuel ratio adjustment, allowing optimal combustion performance and reduced maintenance costs.
Through optimized burner head design and heat recovery configuration, the system achieves high thermal efficiency (>95%) and significant reductions in NOx emissions, aligning with strict local and international environmental standards.
The burner introduces a mixture of air and fuel through a precision-controlled nozzle system. After ignition, the combustion chamber stabilizes the flame while maintaining ideal turbulence and mixing to ensure complete combustion.
The hot flue gas generated can be directed to heat exchangers, furnaces, or catalytic systems, or used in recuperative oxidation processes to recover residual heat.
