History:
Initial stage of establishment (2003): Launched the first combined rotary kiln hazardous waste treatment incinerator in China, took the first step in technological innovation and laid the foundation for subsequent development.
Technical breakthrough development period (2004-2015): In 2004, developed the first parallel continuous gas-controlled cracking incinerator in China; in 2006, the back-blowing three-chamber thermal storage incinerator was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund; in 2009, developed the multi-chamber thermal storage oxidation furnace for maleic anhydride industry; in 2012, pioneered the multi-chamber thermal storage oxidation furnace with back-burning anti-blocking function; in 2015, cooperated with China Coal Technology and Engineering Group to implement the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan 863, and built the first thermal storage oxidation device to treat coal mine air deficiency industrial application case, with continuous breakthroughs and upgrades in technology, solving industry problems and improving market competitiveness.
Innovation, expansion and improvement period (2017 - present): In 2017, the first domestic air stripping tower combined RTO with wastewater thermal storage incinerator was successfully used; in 2018, the high calorific value and high salt content organic waste liquid boiler incinerator won the second prize in the final of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition; in 2019, the 100,000 tons/year waste salt resource utilization multi-stage combined rotary cracking regeneration kiln was successfully developed; in 2020, a 25 tons/hour wastewater dry catalytic oxidation furnace was developed; in 2023, it became a Jiangsu Province specialized and new enterprise, forming an integrated demonstration project of low power consumption carbon fixation and energy utilization of industrial solid waste incineration treatment; in 2024, it was selected as a standardized enterprise of environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry in the field of air governance by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, established multiple innovation centers, and independently developed a pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant carbon substrate heat exchanger.
