The waste heat boiler adopts a modular design, with flexible installation and small footprint. It is suitable for industrial scenarios with limited space, such as food factories, paper mills, etc. for the recovery of medium and low temperature waste gas, and supports rapid deployment and subsequent expansion.

Product Introduction:

The waste heat boiler of this project is used to recover the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas generated by the catalytic cracking unit of the refinery, preheating boiler feed water 93.8t/h, superheated steam 92t/h, and the steam parameters after superheating are 4.1MPa, 408℃. The boiler is equipped with high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, high-temperature economizer, and three-stage low-temperature economizer (flue gas flow direction) in sequence.

 

The heating surface of the waste heat boiler is equipped with high and low temperature superheaters and two-stage economizers, and the heating surface equipment adopts a modular structure. The boiler is equipped with two-stage economizer modules, namely high temperature economizer and three-stage low temperature economizer. The economizers all adopt an external insulation building block modular box structure, of which the high temperature economizer shell material is Q355B, and the three-stage low temperature economizer shell material is Q235B.

Advantages:

(1) The heating surface adopts a modular layout of high/low temperature superheater + two-stage economizer, in which the economizer is an external insulation building block box structure, which improves assembly efficiency by 30% and significantly enhances maintenance convenience.

 

(2) Differentiated material selection according to temperature gradient, taking into account both heat resistance and economy, and extending the equipment life by more than 15%.

 

(3) The open-air vertical structure adapts to the space limitations of the refining unit, and the flue gas flow direction and the heating surface layout are coordinated and optimized, reducing the system pressure loss by 8%-12%.

(4) Precise steam parameter control‌—Through the series configuration of high/low temperature superheaters, 4.1MPa, 408℃ steam is stably output to meet the stringent requirements of the refining process for medium-pressure steam.

R&D and Production:

Ruiding has established the jiangsu province clean incineration resource engineering technology center and the key laboratory of the JICUI-Ruidings joint innovation center.

 

This laboratory is equipped with advanced detection equipment such as ICP inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, high-temperature combustion ion chromatography analyzer, high-temperature combustion rate analyzer, and rapid equilibrium flash point tester. it possesses capabilities for heavy metal analysis, elemental analysis, off-gas calorific value analysis, ash melting point detection, incineration boiler water quality testing, sewage analysis, and volatile waste analysis, etc.
