Our BOPET Film Recycling Pelletizing Production Line is an advanced system designed to efficiently recycle post-industrial BOPET film scraps into high-quality pellets with low moisture content (1%). This fully automated line ensures consistent processing, optimal material recovery, and excellent pellet output for reuse in various applications.

Key Components & Process Flow:
Conveyor System – Transports BOPET film scraps from the factory to the compactor, ensuring continuous feeding and smooth operation.
Compactor (Pre-Crusher) – Breaks down bulky film scraps into smaller pieces and compacts the material to reduce volume, improving extrusion efficiency.
Extruder – Melts and plasticizes the compacted material under controlled temperature, ensuring uniform homogenization and removing residual impurities.
Strand Die Head – Forms the molten polymer into uniform strands for consistent pelletizing.
