Introducing a newly shipped PCB which is intended for high-power applications and extreme temperature environments. The PCB utilizes Rogers AD350A woven fiberglass reinforced, ceramic-filled, PTFE-based composite material, offering exceptional thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).
The AD350A PCB features a well-controlled dielectric constant of 3.50, with a tolerance of -0.05 at 10 GHz/23°C, ensuring consistent electrical performance. It also boasts a low loss tangent of 0.0033 at 10GHz, 23°C @ 50% RH, minimizing signal loss and distortion for superior circuit performance. With a decomposition temperature (Td) exceeding 500°C, the PCB exhibits outstanding thermal stability, making it capable of withstanding extreme heat and harsh environmental conditions.
Designed to maintain its mechanical form during handling and operation, the AD350A PCB offers excellent dimensional stability, allowing for repeatable circuit performance and improved manufacturing yields. It also provides superior plated through-hole (PTH) adhesion, enhancing overall reliability and durability.
The AD350A PCB has a moisture absorption rate of 0.1%, ensuring structural integrity even in humid environments. It meets the UL 94-V0 flammability standard, ensuring high levels of safety and reliability. With its low passive intermodulation (PIM) rating of -159/-163 dBc, reflected 43 dBm swept tones at 1900 MHz, S1/S1, the PCB reduces signal interference and enhances overall system performance.
This PCB is a 2-layer rigid construction with copper layers on both sides. It features a 35 μm copper layer on the top and bottom, sandwiching the 0.762 mm (30mil) AD350A laminate. The finished board thickness is 0.8mm, with a 1oz (1.4 mils) copper weight on the outer layers. The vias have a 20 μm plating thickness. The surface finish is Immersion Silver, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Notably, there is no silkscreen or solder mask on either the top or bottom side.
With a board size of 111.56mm x 58.26mm, this PCB meets IPC-Class-2 standards, ensuring high-quality manufacturing and performance.
