This 2-layer rigid Taconic TLX-6 PCB is a high-reliability high-frequency circuit board tailored for mass-production antenna, microwave and RF system applications. Built with authentic Taconic TLX-6 PTFE fiberglass-reinforced substrate, this PCB boasts outstanding mechanical sturdiness and stable electrical performance in harsh working scenarios, making it ideal for extreme-environment RF equipment. Featuring an ultra-thin 0.2mm overall thickness and 1oz outer copper cladding, it adopts immersion gold surface finishing to deliver reliable solderability, superior anti-corrosion capability and long-term signal stability. The board supports 5/7 mil fine-line trace/space fabrication and 0.3mm precision micro-hole drilling with a non-blind via structure. It features white silkscreen on the top layer and bare copper exposure on both sides without solder mask coating.
