QITDA H11.7 ultra-low profile horizontal SMT RJ45 shielded connector features only 11.7mm body height for space-saving PCB layout, adopting 10P8C pin configuration (8 standard gigabit Ethernet signal pins + 2 extra auxiliary power/PoE expansion pins). It is an empty cavity design with no pre-installed isolation transformer, EMI magnetic cores and link/activity LED lights, reserving inner space for customers to assemble self-selected 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet transformers based on circuit and PoE design requirements.
Full horizontal SMT surface mount pins perfectly adapt to automatic reflow soldering mass production. Built-in positioning feet prevent displacement and tilting during high-temperature soldering, improving production yield and welding stability. Full nickel-plated metal shield shell provides strong EMI anti-interference performance, effectively blocking external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable high-speed data transmission.
Contact pins are made of phosphor bronze with heavy gold plating, delivering ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, strong oxidation resistance and long plug cycle service life. This model’s part number is QR5028FQS-TR, and multiple alternative model sizes are available for selection. The product passes ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
