QITDA H11.7 ultra-low profile horizontal through-hole DIP RJ45 shielded connector features only 11.7mm slim body height to save PCB layout space, adopting 10P8C pin configuration: 8 standard gigabit Ethernet signal pins plus 2 extra expansion pins for PoE power supply or auxiliary signal transmission.
This model is hollow empty internal cavity structure without pre-installed pulse isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic cores and link/activity LED indicators. It reserves enough inner space for customers to independently assemble 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet transformer modules according to circuit bandwidth, PoE power and cost design demands.
Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins perfectly match automatic wave soldering mass production lines. Built-in positioning support bumps fix the socket firmly during high-temperature soldering to prevent offset and tilt, greatly reducing defective soldering rate. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides powerful EMI anti-interference capability, effectively isolating external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable lossless high-speed data transmission.
All contact terminals are made of phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, delivering ultra-low contact resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, superior anti-oxidation performance and long service life of thousands of plug-unplug cycles. Multiple alternative model specifications are available for selection. The product has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and RoHS environmental compliance certification.
