QITDA ultra slim horizontal DIP shielded RJ45 connector adopts special mushroom stake (umbrella-shaped) through-hole pins, standard 8P8C Ethernet signal pin layout, equipped with side metal ground spring shrapnels to enhance grounding contact reliability. It is empty internal cavity design without pre-installed gigabit isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic cores and link/activity LED lights, reserving inner space for customers to self-assemble fast/gigabit Ethernet magnetic modules according to circuit and PoE design needs.
Unique mushroom stake pins own larger base contact area on PCB pads, greatly improving soldering firmness, anti-vibration performance and pull-out resistance, ideal for vibration-prone industrial equipment environments. Horizontal through-hole structure fully adapts automatic wave soldering mass production lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell delivers strong EMI interference suppression, isolating external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable long-distance high-speed data transmission.
Contact terminals are phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, strong anti-oxidation performance and thousands of stable plug cycles. Multiple customizable specifications including pin length, shell thickness and pinout definition are available. The product complies with ISO9001 quality system and RoHS environmental standards. Widely used for industrial control boards, vibration-resistant IoT gateways, customized switch PCBs, PoE network devices and rugged embedded communication modules.
