QITDA H11.7 ultra-thin RJ50 horizontal SMT shielded connector features an ultra-low profile 11.7mm vertical height, standard 10P10C pin configuration (8 core Ethernet signal pins + 2 extra expansion pins for PoE power or auxiliary signal transmission). It is equipped with side metal ground spring shrapnels to boost grounding stability and EMI shielding performance.
This model adopts empty internal cavity design without pre-installed pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetic cores and link/activity LED indicators, reserving internal space for customers to self-fit gigabit/fast Ethernet magnetic modules according to circuit power, bandwidth and PoE design demands. Full horizontal SMT surface-mount pins perfectly match automated reflow soldering mass production; built-in positioning bumps prevent component shifting and tilting during high-temperature soldering, stabilizing solder joint consistency.
Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell delivers comprehensive electromagnetic interference suppression, isolating external RF noise and internal signal crosstalk for reliable long-distance high-speed data transmission. Contact terminals are phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, offering ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding abrasion resistance, strong anti-oxidation and long plug cycle lifespan.
Multiple customizable parameters are available, including pin length, shell thickness, spring height and custom pinout definitions. The product holds ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance certification. Widely applied to ultra-thin POS payment terminals, slim industrial control motherboards, low-profile IoT gateways, portable communication devices and compact embedded network modules.
