QITDA QR59WS-128831B-W-1R horizontal twin dual-port shielded empty RJ45 connector adopts 1×2 side-by-side twin layout with two independent 8P8C ethernet ports. It features round DIP through pins, full nickel-plated metal shielding housing, empty internal structure without built-in pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and link/activity LED lights. Reserved inner cavity allows customers to install gigabit or fast ethernet magnetic components per circuit design.
Standard universal 8P8C pin definition matches 10/100/1000Mbps self-assembled transformers. Round pins deliver stable soldering performance during wave soldering, strong solder joint adhesion and less cold solder risk compared to flat pins. The compact twin structure minimizes PCB horizontal footprint, widely used for custom dual-port mini switches, industrial control PCBs, compact IoT gateways, embedded communication modules and cost-sensitive network terminals without LED status display.
Horizontal 90° right-angle round DIP pin design is fully compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production lines. Full metal shield forms complete EMI isolation between two ports and external electromagnetic fields, suppressing crosstalk and noise interference for consistent signal transmission. All contact terminals are phosphor bronze with heavy gold plating, offering ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and long plug-in service life.
Customizable options include pin length, shell thickness, chassis lock tabs and pin assignment adjustment. Certified ISO9001 quality management system and RoHS environmental compliance.
