QITDA horizontal double-layer stacked twin dual-port shielded RJ45 integrated connector adopts up-down two-layer layout with two fully independent 8P8C ethernet ports. Each port is pre-installed with separate gigabit pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and independent green-yellow dual LED indicators, supporting IEEE802.3 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit transmission and backward compatible with 100Mbps fast ethernet.
Double-layer stacked structure greatly optimizes PCB horizontal space occupation, perfect for compact dual-port gigabit switches, industrial gateway modules, mini NVR surveillance boards and small embedded network equipment. Independent magnetic components for every channel effectively suppress high-frequency crosstalk, signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference to realize stable lossless gigabit bandwidth transmission. Per-port dual LEDs display real-time working state: solid green = network link connected, flickering yellow = data transmitting.
Horizontal 90° right-angle DIP through-hole pin design fully matches automatic wave soldering mass production assembly lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides complete EMI isolation between two stacked ports and external high-noise environment, greatly improving operation stability in industrial and security scenarios. All contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life.
Customizable options include exclusive 100Mbps fast ethernet version, pin length adjustment, LED position modification and pinout definition changes. The product complies with ISO9001 quality system and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
