QITDA vertical 180° straight through-hole twin dual-port shielded RJ45 integrated connector features two independent 8P8C ethernet ports side-by-side. Each port is pre-equipped with separate pulse transformer and EMI filter magnetics, supporting both 100Mbps fast ethernet and 1000Mbps gigabit transmission, fully compliant with IEEE802.3 standards. This model is designed without LED status indicators for compact, low-height device structures.
Vertical 180° straight DIP pin layout stands perpendicular to PCB surface, suitable for vertical installation layouts of switches, industrial gateways and embedded boards. Independent magnetic assemblies for each channel effectively suppress crosstalk, signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference to deliver stable lossless signal transmission. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides complete EMI isolation between two ports and external noisy environments, boosting stability in factory automation and security equipment.
All contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, anti-oxidation and long plug cycle service life. The integrated dual-port design saves much PCB space compared to two separate single RJ45 sockets.
This vertical dual no-light RJ45 socket is widely applied to vertical-mounted mini switches, industrial control mainboards, compact IoT gateway modules, surveillance auxiliary boards and network devices that do not require LED traffic feedback. Custom options include exclusive 100Mbps fast ethernet version, pin length adjustment and pinout customization. The product holds ISO9001 quality certification and RoHS environmental compliance approval.
