QITDA tab-up horizontal DIP 8P8C gigabit shielded RJ45 ethernet connector is equipped with dedicated gigabit integrated pulse transformer and EMI filter circuit, paired with dual green-yellow link and activity indicator LEDs. It fully complies with IEEE802.3 1000BASE-T gigabit ethernet standard, supporting stable 1000Mbps high-speed signal transmission, and backward compatible with 100Mbps fast ethernet and 10Mbps legacy networks.
High-performance built-in magnetics effectively suppress high-frequency crosstalk, signal attenuation, return loss and electromagnetic interference, ensuring lossless gigabit bandwidth transmission while simplifying PCB layout and reducing extra discrete component costs. Dual LED lights provide real-time visual working feedback: green LED lights up for stable physical link connection, yellow LED flickers to indicate ongoing data transmission activity. Tab-up metal locking clips enhance mechanical assembly tightness when fitted into device housings, improving shock resistance.
Horizontal DIP through-hole pin structure delivers strong mechanical solder retention force, fully compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production assembly lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides comprehensive EMI shielding protection, performing stably in industrial control, surveillance, communication and complex electromagnetic noise environments. All internal contact pins adopt phosphor bronze substrate with thick gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, superior wear resistance, anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life.
This tab-up horizontal gigabit RJ45 socket is widely used for gigabit industrial control PCBs, POE switches, HD NVR surveillance hosts, enterprise IoT gateways, desktop PC motherboards, wireless APs and high-speed embedded communication equipment.
