QITDA shielded 100Mbps RJ45 female ethernet connector is an integrated port jack built with built-in pulse transformer, EMI filter circuit and dual green/yellow link/activity indicator LEDs, adopting vertical DIP through-hole pin soldering structure and full nickel-plated metal shielding shell. It fully complies with IEEE802.3 100BASE-TX fast ethernet standard, delivering stable 100Mbps network signal transmission performance.
Integrated transformer & filter design effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, eliminates signal noise and crosstalk, greatly simplifying PCB circuit layout and reducing extra component welding steps for customers. Dual status LEDs offer intuitive visual feedback: green light for link connection, yellow light for data transfer activity. Full metal shield housing provides reliable EMI shielding to resist external radio frequency interference in complex industrial electromagnetic environments.
DIP through-hole pin layout provides strong mechanical solder retention force, perfectly compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production assembly lines. Internal contact pins are made of phosphor bronze with thick gold plating, featuring low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance and long plug-in service life.
This magnetics-integrated DIP RJ45 jack is widely applied to industrial control boards, smart switches, POS terminals, security surveillance equipment, IoT gateway modules, home router auxiliary ports and fast ethernet communication devices.
Multiple pin definitions, LED positions and shell locking structures are customizable; all products pass ISO9001 quality certification and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
