QITDA tab-up horizontal DIP 10P8C 100Mbps RJ45 shielded ethernet connector integrates built-in pulse transformer and EMI filter circuit, equipped with dual green-yellow link & activity indicator LEDs. It fully complies with IEEE802.3 100BASE-TX fast ethernet standard to deliver stable 100Mbps signal transmission performance.
The 10P8C pinout includes 8 signal pins plus 2 extra reinforced ground pins, greatly boosting grounding stability and anti-electromagnetic interference capability, perfectly suited for industrial, automation and complex EMI working environments. The integrated magnetics module suppresses crosstalk, signal noise and radio frequency interference, simplifying PCB layout and cutting the use of extra discrete components. Dual LEDs provide real-time visual feedback: green light for successful network link, yellow light for ongoing data transmission.
Tab-up metal locking tabs enhance mechanical assembly stability during housing fitting. Horizontal DIP through-hole pins deliver strong solder retention force, fully compatible with automatic wave soldering mass production lines. The full nickel-plated metal shell offers comprehensive EMI shielding protection. All contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze base with thick gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, superior abrasion resistance and long plug cycle service lifespan.
This tab-up 10P8C RJ45 socket is widely deployed for industrial control PCBs, security surveillance systems, POS payment terminals, IoT gateway modules, small fast ethernet switches, embedded communication devices and factory automation hardware.
