QITDA downward port horizontal 90° DIP shielded RJ45 connector features port opening facing downwards, standard 8P8C gigabit Ethernet pin layout. It is pre-assembled with independent gigabit isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic core and dual-color link/activity LED indicators, fully compliant with IEEE802.3 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit Ethernet standards and backward compatible with 100Mbps fast Ethernet transmission.
Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins fit automatic wave soldering mass production perfectly. The unique downward port design optimizes PCB layout space for stacked, slim or vertical equipment structures. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell delivers powerful EMI suppression, blocking external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable lossless high-speed data transmission.
Dual LED indicators show real-time working status clearly: solid green light represents successful network link, flashing yellow light signals ongoing data packet transmission. Contact terminals adopt phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, providing ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, strong anti-oxidation and thousands of reliable plug cycles.
Customizable parameters include pin length, LED color, transformer impedance, shell size and pinout definition. The product holds ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance certification. Widely used for slim gigabit switches, rack-mounted industrial gateways, IP surveillance cameras, POS terminals and vertical embedded network control boards.
