We have 10 production lines for pulleys and idlers, 4 production lines for rubber conveyor belt, 2 workshops for steel structure prefabrication.
1. Pulleys and idlers:lagging pulleys and smooth pulleys as customer’s requirements, pulleys are used for the belt width ranging from 500mm to 2400mm;idlers diameter ￠89, ￠108, ￠133，length ranging from 180mm to 2200mm.
Rubber conveyor belt
we are capable of produce variety of rubber conveyor belts like flat belt, chevron belt and corrugated sidewall belt to meet the different inclination requirements for the belt conveyor according to the conveying material features
Steel structure prefabrication equipment
Steel structure prefabricated for the steel structure, batcher and aggregate bin for the concrete batching plant, and brackets for the belt conveyors.
