The JZC350/500B natural drum mixer is a double-cone mixing drum with forward rotation mixing and reverse discharge self-falling concrete mixer which can mix plastic and semi-dry hard concrete. The mixing drum of this machine is rotated by the gear ring.
JZC 500B concrete mixer use:
This machine is a mobile concrete mixer, which can mix plastic and semi-dry hard concrete. The mixing drum rotates forward for mixing and reverse discharge. Each tank can mix 200 liters, 250 liters, 300 liters, 350 liters, 750 liters of concrete (referring to the volume of concrete after tamping. ), can produce 6-14 cubic meters per hour. 1. Feeding mechanism
The feeding mechanism is composed of a feeding rack, a feeding hopper and a lifting device. The feeding mechanism of each model of the jzc series is different.
The feeding system of the fully automatic concrete mixer is composed of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, and a feeding funnel.
The brake motor can ensure that the hopper is reliably stopped at any position when it is running at full load. The braking torque is adjusted by the large nut on the back seat of the motor.
The hoist is composed of an electromagnetic brake motor, a reducer and a reel.
2. Water supply system
The water supply system consists of a motor, a water pump, a regulating valve, a suction valve and pipelines.
Start the water pump, you can inject water into the mixing drum and mix the amount of water required for each tank of concrete. The time relay in the electronic control system controls the running time of the pump. When the button is turned to the "time control" position, the pump will press the setting Run and stop automatically at the specified time. When the button is rotated to the "manual" position, water can be supplied continuously, and another pipeline is installed for water outside the cylinder and for cleaning the whole machine.
3. Chassis
The chassis is a welded structure. Two tires are installed in the lower part, and the front part is equipped with a towing bar for towing. In order to facilitate short-distance towing and parking, the mixer is equipped with front support wheels, and the four corners of the chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, the supporting legs should be firmly supported to make the whole machine stable. When towing, the outriggers should be stowed in their high position and fixed with bolts, and the front support wheels should be turned up and hung up.
4. Electrical system
The concrete mixer is equipped with an electrical control box separated from the whole machine, which can realize remote operation. The operation buttons and time relay are installed on the door of the box, and a protective cover is provided.
