The PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher is a kind of new type high efficiency crushing machine, which is generally used in the secondary crushing and can widely apply to the industries of highway, railway, mining and metallurgy.
The PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher has comprehensive strength no more than 320 Mpa, so it can be used in crushing of raw materials such as limestone, granite, gypsum, etc.
The PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher consists of liner, chain screen, rotor, blow bars, frame, adjusting spring, back impact liner, disc spring and front impact liner.
The PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher utilizes the impact energy to crush materials.
Under the drive of motor, the rotor with the blow bars keeps in the high-speed rotation.
When the materials fall into the affecting area of rotor, they will be stroked by blow bars and be thrown to the PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher.
Then the materials are rebounded to the working area of rotor for crushing again.
The high speed forces the material to rebound from the impact liner to the area where the blow bar effects until they have crushed to the required size.
The gap between the impact rack and the rotor can be adjusted to change the size and shape of the finished product.
The PFT-1010 secondary crushing machine impact crusher has these features:
1. Uniformly broke multi-cavity, improving production capacity and saving energy.
2. High chromium new type wear-resistant blow bar, unique toothed impact plate.
3. Shape optimizing function makes the final product cubic.
