The 310 Ridge Tile Machine is professional roll forming equipment specially developed for manufacturing metal ridge tiles. These ridge tiles are installed at the roof ridge to connect roof sections with different slopes, serving as a critical component for waterproof drainage and roof decoration in various building projects. It is an indispensable equipment for metal roofing processing, widely used in residential houses, commercial buildings, and industrial workshops.
This machine is built with a heavy-duty 350H steel frame, which provides outstanding structural stability and ensures long-term reliable operation even under high-load production conditions. It features 14 forming stations and a 70mm solid spindle design, which delivers excellent molding performance, guaranteeing the dimensional accuracy and shape stability of each ridge tile produced, effectively avoiding deformation during continuous production.
Equipped with a 1-inch chain drive system, the 310 Ridge Tile Machine reaches a production speed of 0-8 meters per minute, achieving high production efficiency to meet the demands of large-batch manufacturing. It adopts a post-forming cutting method with a four-column tie-rod guide column shear, which ensures completely burr-free cutting, resulting in smooth and neat finished products, while also featuring an extremely low maintenance rate to reduce long-term operating costs.
The machine is powered by an industrial computer PLC frequency conversion control system, realizing intelligent and automated production. Operators can conveniently set production parameters, adjust production speed, and input cutting length through the touch screen, which greatly simplifies the operation process, lowers the technical threshold for workers, and ensures the stability and precision of the entire production process.
