The production line follows a highly efficient automatic workflow: uncoiling → servo feeding & punching → roll forming → punching → cutting → material collecting. Powered by a 3KW main motor and precision cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the equipment achieves a stable output speed of 6-8m/min. The whole line is controlled by a PLC electric cabinet, enabling precise control, easy operation, and reduced labor intensity, while ensuring high productivity and low error rates.
The forming unit is built with industrial-grade components for durability and precision. It features 12 forming stations with rollers made from high-grade Gcr15 bearing steel, finished by CNC machining and coated with 0.05mm hard chrome plating for wear resistance and extended service life. The main shaft uses Cr40 steel with precision finishing and keyway processing, while the frame adopts a welded 80*80 square tube structure with 14mm thick vertical plates to ensure strong rigidity, low vibration, and long-term stable operation.
The complete equipment configuration includes a forming host, four sets of punching and cutting dies, one control system, one servo feeding and punching unit, one hydraulic power unit, two electric uncoilers, and one electric coiler.
