The core rolls are made of 45# steel, processed through multiple precision procedures including rough turning, finish turning, and outer circle grinding, followed by electroplating treatment, which greatly improves the wear resistance, hardness and surface finish of the rolls, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the formed workpieces.
The equipment is equipped with 20 sets of forming rolling mill units, which can meet the continuous roll forming requirements of workpieces with complex sections and adapt to the processing of various specifications of linear guide rail workpieces. The spindle diameter reaches Φ70mm, providing strong transmission torque for the equipment and ensuring stable operation under heavy-load processing conditions.
The equipment adopts the process logic of "shearing after forming".
