This machine features a complete and optimized process flow: feeding, roll forming, laser welding, straightening, and non-stop cutting. It is specially designed for 0.6mm galvanized steel strip, ensuring smooth material flow, uniform forming, and excellent welding results. The whole process is highly stable, reducing material waste and ensuring every finished pipe has accurate dimensions, smooth surface, and good straightness.
The uncoiler adopts a heavy-duty integrated tension structure with 2.0 tons loading capacity, supporting a maximum width of 400mm and Φ500 coil inner diameter. Manual tensioning provides stable and reliable uncoiling, while the Φ80 solid main shaft ensures strong rigidity and smooth running. This stable feeding system lays a solid foundation for high-precision forming and welding quality.
The main forming machine uses a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling for excellent precision and rigidity. It is equipped with 55 forming stations, using Cr12 mould steel rollers with hardness HRC55-58 and Φ60 high-strength 45# steel shafts. Four 5.5KW motors drive the gearbox transmission system, with Harbin bearings for stable and durable operation. The production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min via PLC inverter control.
Powered by a 3KW high-configuration laser welding system and a user-friendly PLC touch screen control system, this machine ensures stable welding quality and easy operation. Every part is carefully selected and strictly assembled by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd. to ensure low failure rate, easy maintenance, and long-term stable running.
