In the pressing section, a high-performance hydraulic cylinder takes center stage to execute the critical profiling process. This hydraulic system drives the custom-designed pressing mold to move up and down with exceptional accuracy and smoothness. As the flat colored steel sheet passes beneath the mold, the hydraulic cylinder descends steadily, applying uniform and controlled pressure.

This force gradually transforms the smooth metal sheet into a series of continuous, segmented curves that perfectly mimic the classic appearance of glazed tiles. The precision of this action ensures that each formed tile has a distinct, three-dimensional shape and a consistent surface contour, fully meeting the aesthetic and structural requirements of antique glazed tiles.
