The 1020 Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine is a high-performance, customizable roof forming machine specially designed for producing high-quality glazed roof tiles. With stable performance and high precision, it is widely used to make decorative roof panels for houses, factories, shopping malls and other construction projects.
This machine is built with a heavy-duty national standard 400H steel frame and 16mm thick wall plates, which provide strong rigidity and long-term stability even under continuous high-load working conditions. It uses 16 rows of forming rolls made of 45Cr quenched and tempered steel, processed by precision turning and hard chrome plating. The 80mm solid spindle, 11kW servo motor and gear drive system ensure smooth and reliable transmission, supporting material thickness from 0.3mm to 0.5mm.
It is equipped with an advanced PLC control system with frequency conversion, independent touch screen, remote control and alarm function. The cutting length error is controlled within 1mm. The double linear guide rail cutting system achieves burr-free cutting after forming, with simple operation and extremely low maintenance rate. The 11kW air-cooled hydraulic station and double hand-cranking feeding frame with manual cutter make feeding more convenient and efficient.
With strong adaptability and stable output, the 1020 glazed tile machine can process color steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets efficiently. It produces beautiful, firm and weather-resistant roof tiles that meet modern building standards. It is the ideal equipment for manufacturers engaged in roof tile production and construction engineering.
