It is primarily driven by a high-efficiency motor, which provides stable power output. The power generated by the motor is efficiently transmitted to each individual forming roller through a robust chain drive system. In the pressing section, a powerful hydraulic cylinder system is adopted to achieve the key profiling effect. The hydraulic cylinder drives the special pressing mold to move up and down with high precision and smooth motion. As the flat colored steel sheet passes through the mold area, the mold descends steadily under hydraulic pressure. It gradually presses the metal sheet into a series of continuous, multi-sectioned arcs, accurately replicating the classic contour of antique glazed tiles. This meticulous pressing process transforms the plain sheet metal into a building material with a distinct three-dimensional glazed tile shape.
The cutting knife part of the 1110 type arc glazed roll forming machine is designed for efficient and accurate cutting. Similarly, this part is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, which controls the cutting knife to move up and down rapidly and firmly. Once the colored steel plate has been formed to the specified length by the preceding roller and pressing mechanisms, the cutting knife descends swiftly. It cleanly severs the formed material, ensuring that each finished glazed tile has a uniform length and a smooth, neat edge without burrs, thus meeting the standard production requirements.
