In the pressing module, a hydraulic cylinder serves as the core driving component to execute the key profiling process. As flat colored steel plates pass through the pressing zone, the mold descends steadily to apply uniform pressure, gradually shaping the metal sheet into multiple continuous sections that form the classic arc structure of glazed tiles.
The cutting knife assembly of the 1110 type arc glazed roll forming machine is designed for efficient and precise trimming. Actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, this system controls the cutting knife to move up and down rapidly and reliably. Once colored steel plates are formed to the specified length, the cutting knife descends swiftly to perform clean cuts, ensuring each finished product has consistent length and smooth, burr-free edges.
