The 1020 Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine is a professional, high-efficiency forming equipment specifically designed for producing premium-quality glazed roof tiles. Engineered to process color steel plates and galvanized plates with a width of 1250mm and thickness of 0.3-0.5mm, this machine delivers stable performance and high precision. It is widely utilized in manufacturing decorative roof panels for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
This machine features a heavy-duty national standard 400H steel frame with 16mm thick wall plates, providing exceptional rigidity and extended service life. It incorporates 16 rows of forming rolls manufactured from 45Cr quenched and tempered steel, precision-turned and chrome-plated for optimal performance. The 80mm solid spindle, 11Kw servo motor, and gear drive system ensure smooth transmission and stable forming quality, achieving production speeds of 4-6 meters per minute.
The shearing and pressing system utilizes double linear guide rails that are welded and precision-ground. Both the cutter and forming mold are constructed from Cr12Mov quenched and tempered steel, offering high hardness and superior wear resistance. The post-forming cutting technology guarantees burr-free cutting results with minimal maintenance requirements. An 11Kw air-cooled pump station provides stable and reliable hydraulic power for consistent operation.
The electric control system employs industrial computer PLC with frequency conversion control, complemented by a split touch screen, remote control, and alarm device. Cutting length error is maintained within ≤1mm, ensuring exceptional processing accuracy. Additional safety features include a double hand-rocking feeding rack with manual cutter, foot switch operation, and emergency stop function, making operation both safer and more convenient.
