The roller table forming part of the 1110 partial arc roll forming machine serves as the key component for continuous forming of colored steel sheets. Driven by a special motor, power is transmitted through a stable chain system that drives each forming roller to rotate at uniform speed. This stable transmission ensures smooth forward movement of colored steel during the forming process, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent pressing and forming operations.
The pressing section utilizes hydraulic drive to achieve precise shaping of glazed tiles. A hydraulic cylinder drives the specialized mold with accurate up-and-down movement. Under the mold's action, flat colored steel sheets are gradually pressed into multiple continuous sections, ultimately forming standard and aesthetically pleasing glazed tile arc shapes that provide excellent appearance and three-dimensional effect.
The cutting knife mechanism in the 1110 arc glazed roll forming machine is also hydraulically driven. The cylinder powers the cutting knife for rapid up-and-down movement to accomplish fixed-length cutting. When colored steel tiles reach the preset length, the cutter performs quick, clean cuts ensuring uniform product dimensions and flat cut surfaces that meet production requirements.
