The roller table forming section of the 1110 partial arc roll forming machine serves as the core power and transmission unit. Driven by a high-torque motor that provides stable power output, the motor's power is efficiently transmitted to each forming roller through a heavy-duty chain drive system. This reliable transmission mechanism ensures all rollers rotate synchronously and uniformly, facilitating smooth and continuous feeding of colored steel plates through the production line.
In the pressing module, a powerful hydraulic cylinder system executes the critical profiling process. The hydraulic cylinder drives custom-designed pressing molds to perform precise, vertical up-and-down movements. As flat colored steel plates pass through the mold area, the downward stroke applies uniform high pressure, gradually shaping the metal into continuous, multi-sectioned arcs that replicate the classic contour of antique glazed tiles.
The cutting assembly is engineered for precision and efficiency, actuated by a hydraulic cylinder that controls the cutting knife's rapid and accurate up-and-down movement. Once the colored steel plate reaches the specified length, the cutting knife descends swiftly and cleanly, severing the formed material in a single smooth motion to ensure uniform length and clean, burr-free edges that meet strict quality standards.
The antique glazed tiles manufactured by the 1110 partial arc equipment exhibit superior aesthetic and functional qualities. These finished tiles boast a sleek, attractive appearance with a simple yet elegant style.
