The 1.3m Stainless Steel Leveling Machine manufactured by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd. is a high-efficiency integrated production line designed for leveling and cutting stainless steel sheets. It integrates uncoiling, feeding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting and finished sheet output, providing a complete and stable solution for modern metal processing factories.
This machine adopts a heavy-duty and durable structure to ensure stable operation under long-term working conditions. The solid frame, thickened wall panels, 90mm solid main shafts and high-strength chrome-plated rollers work together to provide strong rigidity and low vibration. The 7-upper and 6-lower roller design with full pressing function ensures uniform stress on the sheet surface, achieving perfect leveling effect without deformation or scratches.
It is specially designed for stainless steel sheets with a thickness range of 1-2mm, feeding width of 1300mm and effective forming width of 1250mm, which can meet most industrial production requirements. Equipped with a 7.5KW high-performance motor and gear transmission, the machine runs stably with a speed of 15-25m/min, greatly improving production efficiency while ensuring consistent product quality.
The intelligent control system adopts PLC and touch screen for easy operation and accurate parameter setting. Combined with a high-precision rotary counter, the length error can be controlled within ±1mm. The electric shearing system with Cr12 blades provides clean and burr-free cutting, with low noise and extremely low maintenance rate.
