Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd. presents the 1.3m Stainless Steel Leveling Machine, a high-performance roll forming solution built for precision, stability, and long service life. Engineered to process stainless steel sheets efficiently, this integrated production line covers uncoiling, guided feeding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting, and finished product output.
This leveling machine features a heavy-duty mechanical structure that ensures stable running under continuous production. It adopts a 100×100×6mm square tube frame and 40mm thick wall panels, providing strong rigidity and minimal vibration. The forming system uses 7 upper and 6 lower roller passes with full pressing, 90mm solid main shafts, and 40Cr rolling shafts.
The rollers are made of 45Cr steel with quenching, tempering, chrome plating, and precision grinding, delivering excellent wear resistance and smooth sheet forming. Powered by a 7.5KW Shanghai motor and gear transmission, the machine runs strongly and durably.
With a working width of 1300mm and effective forming width of 1250mm, this machine is specially made for stainless steel sheets with a thickness range of 1-2mm (2mm standard). It supports high-efficiency production with an output speed of 15-25m/min, greatly improving daily productivity.
The machine is equipped with a precision shearing and intelligent control system for high accuracy and easy operation. It uses electric shearing with Cr12 quenched blades, providing burr-free cutting and extremely low maintenance. A remote controller is included for safer and more flexible operation.
