The forming system utilizes 7 upper and 6 lower roller passes with full pressing capability. Rollers are manufactured from 45Cr steel with quenching, tempering, chrome plating, and precision grinding, ensuring smooth surfaces, high wear resistance, and perfect leveling results for stainless steel sheets.
This leveling machine is professionally suited for stainless steel sheets with thicknesses of 1-2mm. It supports a maximum feeding width of 1300mm and an effective forming width of 1250mm, meeting production requirements for most sheet metal processing facilities.
Powered by a 7.5KW high-performance motor and gear transmission system, the machine achieves working speeds of 15-25m/min, significantly enhancing production efficiency while maintaining superior forming quality.
