Produced by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd., this automated C-type light steel keel roll forming machine completes the full production workflow: coil feeding, guiding, roll forming, straightening and hydraulic stop cutting. It processes galvanized and color steel coils of designated feeding width, adapting to sheet thickness of 0.4-0.5mm to produce standard 70-spec C-shaped light steel keels. The running speed can be adjusted freely to fit different production schedules.
The C keel is a mainstream lightweight structural profile widely applied in architectural decoration and light steel construction projects.
The special C-shaped cross-section delivers reliable bending resistance and bearing capacity while keeping lightweight, helping shorten construction periods and control overall project costs effectively.
The machine is constructed with sturdy square tube welded frame and thickened middle plate, maintaining stable operation during long continuous working hours. Twelve sets of precision-made forming rollers made of quenched CR15 steel ensure uniform forming shape and intact surface coating of raw materials without scratches.
Reliable chain transmission delivers steady power output for stable running. It adopts hydraulic stop cutting with Cr12mov cutting blades; this cutting method generates no leftover scrap materials, helping save raw material costs. The built-in straightening mechanism optimizes the straightness of finished keels.
A matched 1.5T unpowered single-arm feeding rack holds steel coils stably to prevent feeding deviation. Every unit undergoes complete factory trial operation before delivery to verify all functions, supporting fast commissioning and formal production after installation at your workshop.
