Shenzhen Xin Yu Heng Can Co., Ltd was funded in 2007, located Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Our company specializes in the development and manufacture of tin can packaging. With more than 10 years of manufacturing experience, it has excellent mold research and development capabilities.
Our products are mainly tinplate cans and tin boxes. Model covering international standard 202#，209#，211#，300#，307#，401#，502#；unconventional international model 200#, 206#, 315#, 404#, 507#, 603#, 701#. Widely used in packaging all kinds of nutritional powder, tea, coffee, dried fruit food, coffee, beer, drinks, oils.
All of used raw material both certificated by SGS, have FDA report for product, ensure all finish products meet the food safe request of global countries. Up to now, it has established long-term friendly cooperative relations with many well-known enterprises at home and abroad. Such as USA, Austrilia, India, Spanish, UK, Sweden, Srianka, And so on.
After the completion of new plant in Foshan in 2014, all factory workshop over 20000 square meter, warehouse more than 10000 square meter. Two branches has two fully automatic production line and 4 semi-automatic production lines with an annual output of more than 150 million beverage cans, 5 million non-beverage cans.

All of raw material both certificated by SGS, ensure food grade for packing your products. After communicated with client order details, then confirm artwork for printing. In next step finish printing work, then cut into small tablets according the different size of cans's request.
After cut into tinplate tablets, adjust the specific of full automatic rolling macghine, then put tinplate tablets into machine produce round cans. The welded cans have a very good seal， our welded cans include all kinds of nutritional powder cans, oil cans, beer cans, coffee cans, tea cans, and so on.
Next step, handling the shrunk position of top or bottom according different kind of cans. Semi automatic machine match our skillful staff informed our high effective production capability.
In producing process, our produce manger would checking every key point, ensure qualified goods into next packing process. Every produce process take charge of by own, very help for find it when any problem happen.
Finally, our factory would well cooperated with client's forawarder finish shipping process. If clients without agent for shipping, we will provide the service. Everything depend on what client's request, we always more provide choice for comparing.
