Equipment Overview
This xenon lamp aging testing machine performs comprehensive climate testing, including material lightfastness evaluation. It exposes polymer materials to simulated sunlight conditions and is ideal for selecting new materials, improving existing materials, or assessing changes in material composition.

Precise control of blackboard temperature, irradiation cycle, dark cycle, and spray cycle
Ultraviolet radiation sensors for real-time light energy monitoring and adjustment
Water spray cycle effectively simulates temperature changes and rain erosion processes
Available with imported touch screen control or intelligent digital display instruments
Main Functions
Exposes samples to high temperatures and alternating cycles of light and moisture environments. Uses xenon lamp tubes to simulate sunlight radiation, and condensation/spray water to simulate dew and rain. Accelerates aging damage that would normally take months or years to occur in outdoor environments, including fade, color change, fracture, crack, wrinkle, foaming, embrittlement, strength reduction, and oxidation.

Widely used for quality control in electronics, plastic products, electrical appliances, instruments, food, vehicles, metals, chemicals, building materials, aerospace, and medical care industries.
