The ASTM-D2436 Aging Anti-yellow Testing Machine with UV lamp 300W is designed for testing paint, resins, and other materials. This equipment promotes the deterioration of vulcanite and calculates the change rate of tensile strength and elongation. It simulates sun and heat effects using ultraviolet radiation, allowing observation of sample resistance to yellowing over time.
This machine simulates atmospheric environments driven by solar ultraviolet radiation. Testing for 9 hours at 50°C is theoretically equivalent to 6 months of outdoor atmospheric exposure.
