The GKC378 vibration sensor is based on monocrystalline silicon MEMS capacitive sensing technology, providing an analog current output signal of 4mA to 20mA. This product uses low-noise micro mechanical capacitive sensitive components and built-in signal conditioning and compensation circuits to suppress the effects of temperature drift and process deviation on the output, thereby achieving good linearity and long-term stability.

The main technical specifications are as follows:

    -Output signal: DC coupled 4mA to 20mA current signal;

    -Measurement range: configurable to ± 2g, ± 4g, ± 8g, or ± 16g (factory setting);

    -Frequency response: 0 Hz to 200 Hz, suitable for static and low-frequency dynamic vibration measurement;

    -Electromagnetic compatibility: Integrated EMC/RFI shielding design to enhance on-site anti-interference capability;

    -Power consumption: Adopting a low-power circuit architecture, suitable for industrial power supply environments;

    -Self testing function: Built in self testing capability, which can assist in verifying the normal status of sensing components and subsequent signal links.

Based on the above performance, this sensor is suitable for conventional application scenarios such as industrial equipment vibration monitoring, structural health status assessment, and motion control.
