Engineered with custom counterweights and wear-resistant connecting rod small-end bushings, this 10HP semi hermetic reciprocating compressor achieves smooth dynamic balance during operation. The robust mechanical structure effectively absorbs rotational force, reduces mechanical wear, and extends running life in high-temperature operating conditions.
Equipped with step-wise energy regulation at 100% and 50%, the unit allows operators to adjust compressor output according to dynamic cooling loads. This variable output capability prevents short-cycling, optimizes energy consumption during partial-load demand, and improves system stability.
