The DT650WK turntable is a high-precision equipment specially designed for testing the temperature characteristics of MEMS gyroscopes. It can simulate the working environment in a wide temperature range and cooperate with precise speed control to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the gyroscope.
The turntable supports zero-bias testing during startup and bias measurement under constant and variable temperature conditions, accurately captures the modal resonance frequency, quality factor and error drift patterns caused by temperature changes, and provides data support for the segmented temperature compensation algorithm.
Through the built-in temperature control system and the synchronous linkage of the turntable, the compensation effect can be quickly verified, the bias stability index at different temperatures can be output, and a comprehensive test report including temperature-frequency characteristic curve, bias repeatability and other data can be generated, which significantly improves the environmental adaptability optimization efficiency of MEMS gyroscopes.
