General Information:
SXGY series Power Frequency Induced Voltage Test Set is designed to measure key technical parameters, including the insulation structure and strength of various electrical devices. It is widely applicable for testing electrical equipment, instruments, transformers, power cables, watt-hour meters, motors, plugs and sockets, and cable assemblies. By providing a reliable method for conducting withstand voltage tests in compliance with national safety standards, it demonstrates its essential role and has become indispensable for research institutions, metrology and testing departments, as well as the power and electronics industries in evaluating electrical devices, electronic instruments, and household appliances.
Featuring an attractive design, the instrument displays output voltage clearly, intuitively, and accurately via a digital readout. All parameters can be easily set using a compact keypad, ensuring user‑friendly operation. The unit incorporates advanced technology with a rational layout, offering high precision, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.
Built in an integrated design that combines the control unit and test voltage generation, the instrument allows current protection to be adjusted via a dial. Compact and lightweight, it is often referred to as a compact AC/DC step‑up tester. Serving as fundamental test equipment for power plants, supply and distribution systems, and research institutions, it is used to perform dielectric strength tests at specified voltages on a wide range of electrical products, components, and insulating materials. This enables assessment of the product’s insulation level, detection of insulation defects, and verification of its ability to withstand overvoltage conditions.
Features:

1. The AC withstand voltage of the instrument can be increased up to 3KV/AC, 0.33A/AC

2. The whole machine adopts a portable design of aluminum alloy chassis, which has strong anti-interference ability, compact structure and exquisite appearance. It solves the problem of places where the capacity requirement is not high and DC withstand voltage test is required.

3. The instrument uses a digital dial for timing, which effectively protects the test object from damage due to accidental breakdown. It also has a time setting, which can be used in insulation and voltage-resistant situations that require time.

4. The unique distribution of voltage and ammeter makes it clear to the operator at a glance.
