1.2 The system employs a primary circuit, secondary loop, and interlocking protection mechanism. Designed in a split-type structure, the primary and secondary control circuits are isolated within the control unit to enhance operational safety for both the tester and the equipment under test.
1.3 Utilizing the three-meter method (4P3W), the system incorporates six independent 0.05-class current transformers, significantly improving test stability and precision.
1.4 During step-up testing, precise voltage control is challenging with conventional induction regulators due to inertia from combined motor-turbine drives, especially in power frequency withstand and no-load tests. Our frequency control system allows adjustable motor speed, greatly enhancing both testing efficiency and data accuracy.
1.5 The system also supports waveform analysis for transformers, a function integrated into the power analyzer.
