Automated Transformer Characterization Test System

The SXBZ-III Series High Voltage Transformer Test Bench complies with national standards GB/T 4776, GB/T 5169, and GB/4285. It is primarily designed for load and no-load testing of power and distribution transformers, and can also perform power frequency withstand voltage, double-frequency inductance, and partial discharge tests.

The measurement components are controlled by a high-grade single-chip microcomputer, which automatically captures test data for both no-load and load conditions. This eliminates errors associated with traditional methods that rely on separate readings from voltmeters, ammeters, and wattmeters, as well as manual calculations, ensuring high-precision and reliable results.

  • Large Backlit LCD Display – Clear, well-organized operation and display interface for easy use.
  • Comprehensive Transformer Testing – Supports DC resistance tests, turns ratio tests, no-load loss, load loss, AC withstand voltage, and inductance withstand voltage for 50 kVA to 100,000 kVA power transformers.
  • Digital and Analog Readings – Voltage and current can be read directly via digital or pointer meters. Test results for loss, ratio, and DC resistance can be printed or downloaded for documentation.
  • Safety Features – Overcurrent protection during withstand voltage tests, with audible and visual alarms and timing control.
